Dashboard – Accounts

The Dashboard is the key feature of Xserp. It will give you a clear picture of the financial health of your business.

Let us have a look at the various sections In the Dashboard.

Receivables

The Receivables section displays the amount your customers owe you. The section is divided into various parts based on the Ageing types.

You can select any section or Overdue to view based on Aging Details report.

Clicking the aging part will list out the Customer list with their Outstanding amount.

Clicking the Customer Name will list out the bill-wise split details.

Payables

The Payables section displays the amount you  owe to your Suppliers/Vendors. The section is divided into various parts based on the Ageing types.

You can select any section or Overdue to view based on Aging Details report.

Clicking the aging part will list out the supplier list with the Outstanding amount.

Clicking the Supplier Name will list out the bill-wise split details.

Cash & Bank Balance

This section will graphically displays the Cash and the Bank balance to the corresponding months.

Sales Revenue

Sales revenue is the income received by a company from its sales of goods or the provision of services.

This section will graphically displays the Sales Revenue generated by the Company corresponding th each month.

Top  8 Customers

This Section will list out the Top 8 Customer you have dealt with in the selected date range.

Direct Income and Expense

The Income and Expense section displays the Total Income and the Total Expenses of your organization.

Direct Income: This displays the amount received through Sales transactions and bank deposits.

Expenses: This displays the amount spent through Purchases transactions and bank withdrawals.
